Our Refund Guarantee
If your application is rejected by the Egyptian government through no fault of your own, we will refund our full service fee. Government fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the Egyptian government regardless of the outcome.
1. Fee Structure
Our pricing consists of two components:
- Government Fee: Paid directly to the Egyptian government for visa processing
- Service Fee: Our fee for application review, submission, and support services
2. Refundable Situations
You are eligible for a full refund of our service fee (excluding government fees) in the following cases:
2.1 Rejection Through No Fault of Yours
If your application is rejected by the Egyptian government and the rejection was not caused by:
- False or inaccurate information you provided
- Ineligibility you failed to disclose
- Passport validity issues you were responsible for
- Failure to provide requested documents
2.2 Service Failure
If we fail to submit your application to the Egyptian government within 2 business days of receiving complete and accurate information from you.
2.3 Pre-Submission Cancellation
If you cancel your application before we have submitted it to the Egyptian government, you will receive a full refund of the service fee. Government fees may not be refundable if they have already been paid.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in the following circumstances:
3.1 Government Fees
Government fees are never refundable once paid, regardless of application outcome. These fees are charged by the Egyptian government, not by us.
3.2 User Error
Rejections caused by:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Failing to disclose ineligibility factors
- Submitting an expired or soon-to-expire passport (less than 6 months validity)
- Not responding to requests for additional information
- Missing required documents
3.3 Post-Submission Cancellation
Once your application has been submitted to the Egyptian government, we cannot cancel or withdraw it. No refunds are available for applications that have been submitted.
3.4 Change of Mind
If you change your travel plans or decide you no longer need the visa after submission, refunds are not available.
3.5 Travel Disruption
We are not responsible for refunds due to travel cancellations, flight changes, or other travel disruptions not related to visa processing.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at refunds@egypt-evisa.com with your application reference number
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation (rejection notice, etc.)
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we have denied your request, you may:
- Contact us at disputes@egypt-evisa.com to escalate your case
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
- Request a management review
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days.
6. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend processing of your application
- Terminate our service relationship with you
- Pursue collection of legitimately owed fees, including chargeback fees
