Eligible Nationalities
Not all nationalities are eligible for Egypt e-visa. Citizens of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Canada, Australia, and many other countries can apply online. What if my passport expires soon?
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned arrival date. If your passport expires within 6 months, you should renew it before applying for your e-visa.
Do I need to book flights and hotels before applying?
No, travel details are optional. However, having them ready can sometimes speed up processing. We recommend having at least tentative travel plans before applying.
